Arylsulfatase B test: The arylsulfatase B test measures the urine concentration of arylsulfatase B, a deficiency of which causes mucopolysaccharidosis type VI. Mucopolysaccharidosis type VI is caused by an autosomal recessive mutation in the arylsulfatase B gene.
