Aspergillis antigen skin test: An aspergillis antigen skin test is a procedure where a small amount of a protein from the aspergillis mold is injected into the skin; a positive reaction results in redness in this area after 48 to 72 hours indicates that the patient has been exposed to the aspergillis mold. Aspergillis causes bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
