A syndrome of severe microcephaly, microphthalmia, prominent nose, mandibular overgrowth, dental anomalies, brachydactyly with clinodactyly V, delayed growth and puberty, abnormal dermatoglyphics, premature aging of the skin, and severe mental retardation.
