There are a few different types of cerebral palsy (e.g. spastic, athetoid, ataxic) and a combination of two or more types is known as mixed cerebral palsy. The symptoms of mixed cerebral palsy usually involves spasticity and athetoid movements but other variations such as ataxia can occur.
