Glossary for Mucha-Habermann syndrome

  • Fever: Elevation of the body temperature above the normal 37 degrees celsius
  • Headache: In medicine a headache or cephalalgia is a symptom of a number of different conditions of the head and sometimes neck. Some of the causes are benign while others are medical emergencies. It ranks among the most common pain complaints
  • Joint swelling: One or more swollen joints
  • Lymphomatoid papulosis: A chronic skin disease characterized by recurring patches of skin bumps and nodules that occur mainly on the trunk, arms and legs. Scarring may occur in some cases. The skin rash heals but reoccurs intermittently over many years.
  • Malaise: General feelings of discomfort or being ill-at-ease.
  • Skin conditions: Any condition that affects the skin
  • Skin eruptions: The occurrence of eruptions that are located on the skin
