Description of Adrenoleucodystrophy

Adrenoleucodystrophy: A syndrome combining the characteristics of adrenocortical insufficiency (Addison disease) with those of cerebral sclerosis (Schilder disease). Skin bronzing and sclerosis of the brain and demyelination are the principal manifestations.
