Description of Cross-McKusick-Breen syndrome

Cross-McKusick-Breen syndrome: A syndrome of gingival fibromatosis, pigmentation disorders, microphthalmia, and delayed psychomotor development. It was first observed in the Kramer family, hence the synonym Kramer syndrome.
