Ephrin-A2: $A GLYCOINOSITOL PHOSPHOLIPID MEMBRANE ANCHOR-$containing ephrin with a high affinity for the EPHA3 RECEPTOR. Early in embryogenesis it is expressed at high levels in the MESENCEPHALON; SOMITES; branchial arches, and LIMB BUD.
