Non-Bruton agammaglobulinemia: A primary immunodeficiency disease characterized by low or absent serum immunoglobulin. Sufferers are also more prone to infection. The condition may be transient (common in infants under 6 weeks of age), congenital (rare and only affects males) or acquired (through malignant diseases like leukemia, myeloma or lymphoma).
