P300-CBP Transcription Factors: A family of histone acetyltransferases that is structurally-related to $CREB-BINDING PROTEIN$ and to E1A-ASSOCIATED P300 PROTEIN. They also modify transcription factors and CHROMATIN through ACETYLATION.
