Phyllodes tumour: A type of connective tissue neoplasm arising from intralobular stroma of the BREAST. It is characterized by the rapid enlargement of an asymmetric firm mobile mass. Histologically, its leaf-like stromal clefts are lined by EPITHELIAL CELLS.
