Medical Malpractice and Neck injury

Medical malpractice and Neck injury:

A neck injury such as a broken neck is a potentially serious injury. Medical malpractice lawsuits can arise from the misdiagnosis or poor treatment of such an injury. Surprisingly, it is possible to fail to diagnose a broken neck after an injury (e.g. a fall or car accident). The consequences of any medical failure can be severe, such as paralysis. Other legal issues such as personal injury and wrongful death may arise from neck injuries.
