6 week old infant administered bath wash instead of medicine

A nurse mistakenly gave a grandmother Invacare (a bath wash) instead of Infacol to administer to a 6 week old baby girl. The girl was being treated for a lung infection. The baby suffered from vomiting after the grandmother gave her Invacare. The hospital admitted error but claimed the Invacare did no real damage.
