Appeal to decide on medical malpractice case

An appeal is to be heard at the Mississippi Supreme Court where a doctor did not fully inform a woman of the risks or alternatives to surgery. The woman claims that she went ahead with surgery to remove bunions after her doctor told her she should be pain free after 4-6 weeks. She claims she was unable to work for 9 months after surgery due to the pain.
