Boys mental problems misdiagnosed due to lack of funding

A mother has discovered that her 19 year old boy has grown suffering from undiagnosed Aspergerís syndrome. He has had mental health treatment but his condition was never diagnosed. Also, her 15 year old sonís treatment for ADHD was stopped for a period of time due to lack of funding. Centers now have to ensure patients meet certain criteria before they are treated and therefore many legitimate patients are rejected.
