Cause of restless leg syndrome discovered

An estimated 5-10% of the US population suffer from restless leg syndrome. Research has uncovered the fact that the syndrome is caused by a lack of iron to certain parts of the brain which results in wrong signals being sent out. They are unsure yet as to whether iron supplements can fix the problem but they recommend that all restless leg sufferers have a test done for iron deficiency.
