Cesarean birth ends in tragedy after medical mistake

A 39 year old woman entered a Jakarta hospital to have a cesarean birth. After the operation, doctors misdiagnosed the woman with hypertension and the drugs they administered caused her blood pressure to soar. Further medication resulted in a coma but the resulting stroke left her with 80% brain damage and in a vegetative state. Her husband want euthanasia to be allowed and he is suing the doctors for medical malpractice.
