Class action suit to begin against Vioxx makers

A class action suit has begun against Vioxx manufacturers. They are claiming $600,000,000 in damages. The class action is on behalf of all Canadians who took Vioxx for 18 months or more and suffered certain disorders. One woman who took the product for 18 months was then diagnosed with severe hypertension.
