A study has revelled that American derive the majority of their antioxidants from coffee consumption irrespective of whether it's decaf or the real thing, rather than fresh fruit and vegetables. Antioxidants have been widely purported to decrease the risk of cancer, and improve general health. Coffee has many side effects, apart from being a stimulant it can cause anxiety, stomach pains, increased heart rate and blood pressure.
