Diet book claims to target infertility

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine has endorsed a book called The Infertility Diet: Get Pregnant and Prevent Miscarriages. The diet advocates vegetables, leafy greens, yams, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, whole grains, almonds and walnuts. Milk is deemed not helpful for fertility and it cites research that found a correlation between increased milk consumption and reduced fertility. The author claims that the diet helped cure her infertility problem and she was pregnant within two months of starting the diet.
