Diet the key to curing ADHD problems claim author

The author of “Happy, Healthy, Slim Kids Eat Real Food” claims that many children with ADHD would not need to be medicated if they switched to a healthy diet. She believes that education and exercise programs are helpful but diet can play a big role too. The author is a nutritionist and educator and has worked with children for many years. She believes children should avoid any processed foods and instead eat raw organic foods, fish, grass-fed meat, sour-dough bread, butter instead of margarine,raw milk and free-range eggs.
