Fatigue associated with MS alleviated by yoga

The Oregon Health and Science University has completed a study that indicates that 6 months of yoga decreases the fatigue that MS sufferers usually have. However, it has no effect on alertness and cognitive function. About 57% of participants in the study found the yoga very beneficial.
