Lifestyle factors are the biggest cause of cancer

Several organizations colluded to determine cancer risks. They found that lifestyle choices account for up to 60% of cancers whereas environmental factors accounted for only about 3%. Lifestyle choices include smoking, poor diet and lack of physical exercise. Avoiding sun exposure and tanning booths as well as colon screening after the age of 50 will also help to reduce the risk.
