Man active lifestyle destroyed after suffering a heart attack allegedly because of Vioxx use

Law firms are receiving thousands of enquiries following Mercks withdrawal of the painkiller Vioxx from the market. A 47 year old suffered a major heart attack after he used Vioxx. He now relies on a defibrillator and pacemaker and suffers from shortness of breath which affects his normally active lifestyle. He wants to sue Merck for selling a drug that is believed to increase the risk of heart attack and stroke.
