Manís misdiagnosis lead to death

A man died from a heart attack after he presented to the same hospital and was twice misdiagnosed as intoxicated and with gastroenteritis. His family sued the hospital for the mistake, which argued that the failure to diagnose and treat the heart attack did not cause his death.
