Medical malpractice lawsuit filed but doctor can't be found

A woman sought treatment for what she believed was sinus trouble. The doctor performed sinus surgery straight away but three months later she went to the emergency room after suffering severe breathing problems. She was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. She underwent treatment but eventually died. A lawsuit was filed against the doctor but he went to Greece and hasn't returned. His whereabouts are unknown.
