Milk fatty acids prevents cancer and arthritis

A conjugated form of linoleic acid naturally found in milk has been isolated by scientists and found to have anti-inflammatory properties that can, in theory, control such inflammatory diseases as cancer and arthritis. The fatty acid regulates the inflammatory protein, COX-2, which is increased in inflammation, promoting more beneficial effects of including milk in your diet.
