Pharmacist dispenses wrong drug

A pharmacist is being cited by the Ohio state Pharmacy Board because he dispensed the wrong drug to a patient who then apparently suffered seizures. The state board claims that only 143 complaints were made compared to over sixty million prescription dispensed.
