Researchers compare two diets

The effects of two different diets were compared in a study. The group of people on a low carb, high protein and monounsaturated fat diet lost a markedly greater amount of weight than the group on a diet higher in carbohydrates but lower in fat. However, there was no difference in cholesterol levels between the two groups.
