Researchers point out the high antioxidant level in peanuts

Researchers at the University of Florida are have highlighted that their results show that peanuts have more antioxidants than most common fruits and that same as strawberries and blueberries which are known to be very high in antioxidants. Even peanuts in the form of peanut butter are beneficial so people should try to incorporate them into their diet. Their intake should be somewhat limited due to their high calorie and saturated fat content. Antioxidants are believed to act against heart disease and some cancers.
