School student receives wrong medication

A school nurse accidentally administered a student with ADD medication instead of medication to treat a bronchial infection. The mix-up occurred because the two students had the same name. The FDA says one person dies each day from medication errors and 1.3 million US people suffer an injury form medication errors each year.
