Two medical mistakes performed in same hospital

A patient had an arthroscopic procedure performed on the wrong joint by doctors at Sarasota Doctors Hospital. Doctors at the same hospital also performed a heart catheterization on the wrong patient. An internal investigation is being conducted into the incidents.
