Woman dies after doctor cuts into her brain during nasal surgery

A 58 year old woman went to a private hospital to have an operation to remove a nasal blockage. The doctor operating on her had no prior experience in this area. He operated on the wrong part of her nose and ended up cutting through to the woman’s brain. The woman lost 6 pints of blood in 15 minutes and subsequently died 2 days later.
