Woman dies after misdiagnosis of DVT

A 23 year old woman was diagnosed with a torn muscle even after she told all three doctors that she was sure she had deep vein thrombosis but they diagnosed her as having a torn muscle. She eventually died of her condition. The hospital is aiming to take more input from patients after this incident.
