The hospitals in Bangladesh claim that there was no sign of cancer because they removed the malignant part of the ulcerous lower intestine. The woman's husband claims she was misdiagnosed in Bangladesh and is now in good health following her ulcer treatment. The woman's husband claimed she suffered depression following the misdiagnosis and it caused her and her family a lot of distress. The woman's husband is seeking compensation for financial costs and mental suffering.
