Woman's ulcers misdiagnosed as cancer

A 46 year old woman with chronic ulcers was diagnosed with cancer by two prominent diagnostic centers in Bangladesh. Pathologists in Bangladesh reported confirmations of rectal cancer three times. They treated the woman with surgery accordingly. The woman then went overseas for treatment as but was told in Bangkok that there was no sign of cancer at all but treated her for chronic ulcers. The hospitals in Bangladesh claim that there was no sign of cancer because they removed the malignant part of the ulcerous lower intestine. The woman's husband claims she was misdiagnosed in Bangladesh and is now in good health following her ulcer treatment. The woman's husband claimed she suffered depression following the misdiagnosis and it caused her and her family a lot of distress.
